If I were to visit Japan in its present condition since the 2011 tsunami/earthquake, where would I go?

… that isn't in the danger zone? got to stay away from Tōhoku-chihō.

The fact is the vast majority of tourists who visit Japan never would visit the areas hit by the Tsunami even before the Tsunami.

All the major tourist spots, Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, etc are still standing fine, they were not destroyed and people are out shopping, going to work/school etc in those places.

I would fly to Tokyo then backpack directly into Fukushima prefecture.

there was another 6.5 magnitude earthquake issued there a moment ago with a tsunami warning
