American Idol Season 9, may 19, 2010 racked in a 47 million votes with people scrambling to nab the final 2 American Idol spots for their favorites. the last three contestants were Casey James, Lee DeWyze and Crystal Bowersox.

This American Idol Results show was rather disappointing because there was hardly any attention on the actual final two results. I mean literally Ryan basically blurted out the two finale participants at the very end of the show.

Ryan Seacrest mentioned that Lee DeWyze was safe and then without much ado quickly said that Crystal Bowersox would be joining Lee DeWyze in the American Idol finale. it was actually quite surprising to Crystal because she and I barely heard the announcement. I had to rewind his statement because I was not sure what Ryan Seacrest had said.

Tonight on the American Idol may 19th show, we endured to performances in order to get to the results. I honestly had never even heard of Travis Garland. Apparently Perez Hilton has said that Travis Garland is more popular then Justin Timberlake. I hardly think so! and Garland is also having much fame on the ever popular YouTube. Travis Garland sang “Believe,” which was less then exciting being I only care about watching the American Idol results, but I guess I am no longer 14. Sigh!

And then we also endured the Justin Bieber crazy fans where he sang “You Smile” and “Baby.” now in comparison to Travis Garland, Bieber was much better musically, but once again I am no longer 14, though I must say my 16 and 13 year old girls don’t care for him either!
