Has anyone used a neti pot, I used it today for the first time and it doesnt work.?

I only used it once so far, and it doesnt work f' the neti pot, and f- OPrah winfrey for promoting it.

I've used one on and off for several years . When my sinuses start to act up I use it for a couple of days or a week, and I have not had any more of the terrible sinus infections like I used to have.

What do you mean by it didn't work? Post back and tell me what you did, what you were trying to achieve, and why you were not happy.

I tried one once, my allergy doctor recomended it. all I did was fill up my sinuses and make me uncomfortable for a week. on the other hand, I know several people who use one or something similar and swear by it.
