Sending robots into the past sounds like science fiction. It’s the basis of “Terminator” and other movie plots. But now, something called a stereo-photogrammetry robot is helping a 3,000-year-old city come …

Will Japan finish the cleanup of their earthquake before Haiti does even though it was much worse?

and happened years ago, and the Japan earthquake was a mere 700 times more powerful than the one on Haiti…fact!!!

Japan will recover and be stronger than ever. The Japanese learn from disaster and will come up with safer architectural designs and better technology that will limit damages and save lives in preparation for future disasters. It is possible that the whole civilized world could benefit in the long run from their experience.

Haiti is, was and will always be a run down helhole. The earthquake was basically like putting dog turd in a blender. The majority of what the haitian apes have/had was built 200 years ago by the French. The blacks lived off of what was already built and stripped down the country for what ever cash was available. No different than any inner city in the U.S. The blacks built nothing, repaired nothing and just destroyed what ever was left for them. Haiti's biggest natural disaster was not an earthquake but an infestation of african parasites.

Japan will come back sooner, their government prepares for this constantly. their citizens are better educated and will create a better situation for themselves. The people are also used to working together for a common purpose.

Haiti is a disadvantaged country and it is difficult for them to coordinate a better world for themselves, but they will slowly evolve into a better country.

Well, they won't be stealing the wallets out of dead people's pockets like they did in Haiti, that's for sure.

Throughout history, the Japanese have rebuilt themselves after wars and natural disasters. for example, after WWII, Japan was devastated by the nuclear bomb. The country worked hard to rebuild itself and, almost over night it seemed, Japan was one of the most technologically advanced societies.

Yes, yes they will. Now this is with the provision that the radiation leak from that nuclear facility doesn't unexpectedly alter a sea reptile that will grow to gargantuan proportions and occasionally pop up from time to time to cause havoc and additional destruction.

Haiti is one of the poorest countries in the world. Japan one of the richest.
Japan.
IF the rectors don't melt down.

Yes, because foreign aid won't jack up like Haiti did and Japan still has money unlike haiti.

Yes it will because foreign aid will be used responsibly.

Yes, I am not a fan of Asians but they have their act together more than black Haitians.
