What can we learn from this experience? please help me

cleanup efforts are underway; second question: adopt early warning system that uc berkeley and uc san diego are working on in california in order to give enough warning to reach higher ground before tsunami waves hit.

i think what we could learn from japan is to keep calm and discipline, we can't stop nature, all we have to do is to be alert.
