Some girls you just don’t mess with. Eva Longoria is at the top of that list!

A source is claiming that once she found the hundreds of text from Tony Parker’s alleged mistress, and the couple decided to divorce they had agreed to talk about who would file, and settle matters in private.

But when Parker went to sleep, Longoria went to work! Eva totally blindsided Tony in filing for divorce, and then revealing to Mario Lopez that it was an affair with a teammate’s wife.

The girl in question is Erin Berry, soon to be ex-wife of NBA player Brent Berry, who was a member of the Spurs with Parker from 04-08.

However, a source is telling People Magazine that Erin and Tony knew each other and were sending flirtatious texts, but they never got physical with one another.
