He wrote a book, ’1994 ‘, that proclaimied the end of the world this year. When the world did not end as predicted, he returned to the Bible to find out where he made a mistake. Misinterpretation of the verse 22 of Matthew 24 has resulted in the miscalculation of the true date of the Apocalypse.

What is interesting to me is why a person might be led to such a belief. What is appealing to the idea of ??an ultimate end, and predictable world? Is this true faith, or is it a profound revelation of infidelity? Faith is not an intellectual affirmation of a principle or a belief formula. rather it is a trust that, living faithfully what is good, right, just, beautiful and holy will surface in life and the world. Infidelity leads him to conclude these virtues can not take place in this world. in desperation, hope turns to a hope of the world in another. Out of desperation, you begin to hope for the end of this world so another can take its place. Suggests the true faith to its foundation to create something as good and beautiful. it leads to cultivate the good and beautiful aspects of life in everything we do. Infidelity takes the natural world is extremely corrupt and only a cataclysmic reversal of the world through a supernatural event could allow the true goodness of finding a home.Life can be discouraging at times. amid wars and rumors of wars we might feel discouraged. the current economic uncertainty, combined with a cultural imperative that suggests the real success is ultimately a matter of economics, life can be daunting. in a world where everything seems to be changing at breakneck speed, and where we have very little control over our lives, depression can overwhelm us. without faith, trust in the goodness always present, all the insecurities and fear of the dark life can be overwhelming. Faith and trust we can see, and shows us how to wear and share a glimmer of hope in the darkness. without faith, the darkness is dark. Infidelity us toward hope in a miraculous supernatural event that forces things.

We can not judge the heart of Mr. Camping. He said there will be a miracle, a supernatural event that justify his life in a world he interprets as dark and corrupt. Is it a product of his fear? maybe it’s just a charlatan, preying on the fears of others. How can we live with another kind of fear is not dominated so many hearts?Affirming faith that trusts in the world as good and beautiful is a start. Goodness and beauty to the surface that we live faithfully. As more people choose to live faithfully over the world is wonderful, and less desire, fear, hope for an end of the world.
