About four hours ago, a 5.4 magnitude Earthquake shook the Borrego Springs, California area. The video below was shot by a homeowner in that area as the Earthquake struck. as this person rushes out of her house, it’s easy to see the water in a swimming pool being splashed from side to side. it was a scary day for many in Southern California today.
