Editor’s note: Caddo and Bossier Animal Control will not pick up all unwanted animals. if you bring in your domestic animal, mainly dogs and cats, the Animal Control office will accept them. Bossier Animal Control, (318) 741-8499, or Caddo Animal Control, (318) 226-6624. Dogs and cats are available for adoption at Bossier and Caddo. It is illegal and punishable by fine to abandon animals. Identification and/or rabies tags on animals greatly help in reuniting pets with owners.
